How do I register my product?
Visit ninjadeluxekitchensystem.com/register within 30 days of purchase. Enter your order number and serial number (found on the motor base). Registration takes less than 2 minutes.
What if I bought my Ninja as a gift?
The warranty is transferable once. The gift recipient can register the product in their name using the original order number.
How long does a claim take?
Standard claims: 5-7 business days. Extended/Premium claims: 2-3 business days with priority processing.
Do I need the original receipt?
No — if you purchased directly from our website, your order is automatically in our system.
What if my product was discontinued?
We’ll replace it with an equivalent or better current model at no additional cost.
